- **14-day refund period** for EU customers (EU Consumer Rights Directive)
- **7-day refund period** for all other customers
- Refunds must be requested via management@intothe.xyz
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

### 4.4 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods
